Service Description

The Oneka approach to wellness seeks to create ease around nutrition. The way that you eat should be easy to follow and contribute to a very long healthy life. Nutrition spans 4 major pillars of wellness. We will look at wellness through an expanded lens and understand how a focus on real foods can improve how you feel in all 4 areas. This course will dive deep into the foundation for healthy eating. What is whole/real food? We will establish the ‘core’ of a wellness lifestyle and explain how methodologies like keto, plant based, and fasting can be used therapeutically for short term goals. While this topic may seem simple, it is easy to be confused and discouraged by the many dogmatic approaches to diet. With all the contradictory science available, owning your personal path is invaluable for a lifetime of wellness. This class will give you confidence to choose food during all phases of life at any restaurant, holiday table, or grocery store aisle. The knowledge in this class is critical for building your wellness competency. Later courses will build on these concepts. To complement the discussion we will demo 2 fresh recipes to boost your real food repertoire. Participants in this class will also be given a complementary 40 minute 1 on 1 wellness coaching session with our certified coach, Elizabeth. Sessions must be redeemed before January 15th, 2021. Price: $75/person
