This menu is where it all began. It’s a trip back to my hometown, into my grandmother’s kitchen, and to the seaside towns where I worked as a teenager. It’s my southern comfort zone. It is also the dish my husband Steve was eating when he knew without a doubt that he would marry me. It seems fitting that we re-open the farm table here at Oneka Shores with this spread. The garden is booming in August, and we can’t wait to feed you!
